Customer Success Manager

Job Descriptions

  • Be the primary contact and advocate for our growing small and medium-sized business merchants into becoming active users
  • An expert when it comes to Qasir's product knowledge; provide business guidance, device recommendation, as well as relevant features available for the merchants
  • Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Work as part of the Marketing team to develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Occasionally conduct visits to merchants where relevant for device/product knowledge training

Job Requirements

  • Min. 1 years of prior experience in sales/account management, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Knowledgeable in small business and how it actually works; a small business owners' mindset
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear and articulate ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Super organized, can-do attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Willing to work in the field
