Community Manager

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! You may be involved in manage all community communications, selling products, goods and services to customers and clients. Your job is based setting up a strategy for finding new prospects and sales leads.

Responsibilities

  • Find Prospect and Leads
  • Learn details about our products and services
  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Explain how our solutions align with their plan points
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and offline reviews
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Good time-management skills

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Community Officer or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Knowledge of offline marketing 
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or relevant field
  • Male with maximum age 30 year-old
