Not a few people think that the Qasir application is only limited to a tool for recording sales transactions and printing receipts. Even though there are lots of facilities in the form of features in the Point Of Sale (POS) or Qasir digital cashier application that you can maximize to help you run your business effectively and more efficiently.
So that it doesn't go on any longer, let's get to know the great features in the Qasir Point Of Sale application that you may not have maximized, or don't even know about.
1. Kasbon Features
As the name suggests, this feature was created to make it easier for you to record pending transactions (kasbon transactions) complete with the customer's name and due date. You will also receive notifications in your Qasir application.
The Kasbon feature is very suitable for grocery businesses, wholesale agents, or suppliers who often make transactions using the "pay in advance" method. Sometimes it is difficult to get entrepreneurs who are very comfortable with cash register notebooks and lots of scribbles to switch to digital notes. In fact, manual Kasbon notebooks are at risk of being damaged, torn, lost, exposed to water, burned and so on.
If you use the Kasbon feature, your customer's personal Kasbon records will be safely stored in the cloud which can be accessed from anywhere, at any time, you just need to log in to your Qasir account.

2. Product Variations
Product Variations are used if a product has more than one type / variant, whether the price is the same or different. Entering product variations makes it easier for you to break down product information/descriptions into more detail. This will certainly make it easier for you to monitor your inventory or manage your products.
However, in fact there are still many entrepreneurs who only enter the product name and product price, without including product variations. Even though sometimes several product variations have the same price, it is best to input all products based on their variations.
What's the point? One of them makes it easier for you to evaluate which products are most popular with customers, and which ones don't get a good response. Because sometimes, one variation of a product can have different sales performance. Another function is to provide input in fulfilling raw material stocks.

3. Barcode Scanner with HP Camera
Did you know that you can use your cellphone camera to scan barcodes in the Qasir application?
Scanning barcodes is very useful when you make transactions. No need to search for products, just scan, go straight to the Transaction menu. To be able to use the Barcode Scanner, you just have to go to the Manage Products menu, then when adding a product, in the Product Code / Barcode column you can click the symbol next to it to input the barcode for the product using your cellphone camera.
So, when making a transaction, you just scan the barcode again when the customer wants to make a payment. Simple. Advanced.

4. Customer Features
The Customer feature allows you to store your customer data starting from their name, photo, telephone number, gender, date of birth, address and email address.
Why is customer data important?
Firstly, with data on customers who buy at your shop, you can know which product is more popular with customers according to what segmentation. This can be good insight for your business, especially when you need to carry out segmented discount promotions.
Secondly, with customer data you will know who the customers are who shop most often at your store. You can provide a loyalty program to your loyal customers so they don't turn away from your shop.
There are many more Customer feature functions. The most important thing is that you must maintain the confidentiality of your customer data so that it does not leak to irresponsible parties.

5. Order Goods
Yes, not only can it help your business from recording transactions, printing receipts, sales reports, managing stock, employees and outlets, Qasir can also help make it easier for you to shop for raw materials.
Just go to the Order Items menu and follow the next instructions, you can shop for your shop needs. The goods offered are also very varied, ranging from FMCG goods, fresh raw materials from trusted suppliers, packaging products and disposable cutlery, to coffee beans.
Very complete, right? Apart from that, Qasir also often holds promotions in the form of discounts or free shipping programs.

6. Pay Bills
It would be a shame if you only used an application this sophisticated for transactions. Meanwhile, you can actually also get additional income by selling credit, quotas, electricity tokens, Go-Pay balances, and so on.
Just duplicate Mbak and Mas' method at the minimarket, every time a customer wants to pay for their groceries, they also offer to top up their credit or buy electricity tokens. Even though he refused at that time, at least your customers already know that your shop provides various digital or PPOB products.
Oh yes, because PPOB in Qasir is for sale again, so the price is very cheap. You can also use it to top up your credit for yourself, your family, employees and those closest to you.

7. Purchase Products via Backoffice
One of the Backoffice functions that users rarely use is this: Entering a list of purchases/orders for suppliers.
Yes, before making a purchase, you can list any products you want to order from your regular supplier. The method is also easy, just click the Inventory Menu in Backoffice, then select the Supplier menu to enter data on suppliers / suppliers of the products you usually buy.
After that, every time you want to shop, all you have to do is input what you want to buy. Once the groceries/products have arrived, you no longer need to input stock into your inventory, you only need to mark when the product has arrived, then the stock will be added automatically to your inventory data.
Very sophisticated, right?
